One might wonder why they would want to expose themselves to the emotional and spiritual pain that is involved in an intervention. Our answer is this; “We do not want to see any family or individual suffering from substance dependency and addiction.” Many of us have traveled the road of addiction, we understand the pain and suffering that substance abuse can place on those who care about someone struggling with addiction. When someone hits their rock bottom, they are spiritually, emotionally, mentally, physically, socially and financially bankrupt. At this point friends and family typically do not know what else to do for the one struggling with alcohol addiction. When families grow tired of the lies, erratic behavior, bizarre mood swings, manipulation and lack of self-care, Pathway Interventions will step in and help. When you find yourself wondering “What else can I do?” or maybe even wanting to give up, this is when an intervention specialists can help. We know that alcohol interventions are the best thing that can happen, not only for the one struggling with addiction, but also for the family's sanity and safety. Most of our clients have said if they could change anything about the past it would be to have done the intervention sooner!
From the Founder of Pathway Interventions:
"I have used anything I could get my hands on that would let me escape from feeling emotional pain. I know what it is like to wake up every morning worrying about how to get get my next fix. I have been to the point of complete exhaustion but still found a way to use. I have been in the same place as the person you so dearly love. I have been to the bottom and back. If my family and friends had not used the approach of an alcohol intervention, I would not have survived.
I am a Board Certified Level II International Interventionist, C.N.D.A.I (Certified National Drug and Alcohol Interventionist), Certified Addictions Therapist Level II and have had extensive training in the A.R.I.S.E Model of Intervening. I am very passionate about what we do. We offer effective methods to help you and your loved one. I have 15 years of experience in the field of addiction. I have been trained in several styles of interventions and have facilitated hundreds of interventions all over the United States. I have worked for several treatment centers located in Salt Lake City Utah and Scottsdale Arizona, helping others just like you and your loved one to get their lives back. I know all the excuses, tricks and manipulation an addict uses and typical behavioral patterns that an addict displays. I have been there."
"It is up to you and your family to intervene. Our job is simply to help you correctly and effectively approach you’re loved one in a supportive, non-threatening and non-judgmental fashion. There is nothing more exciting to us than to be a part of God’s work and to witness a family coming together for one purpose: To get their loved one into treatment and started on the path to recovery."
Sincerely,
Travis Gardner BCII II, C.A.T II, C.N.D.A.I.
